1 Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of all services offered on the website www.djerba-guide.com.

2 Availability, ordering and tracking

Bookings are made on the website, options are yours to choose. Payment is made on site.

The guide undertakes to confirm the date, location and meeting time to the customer by email.

Ordering a service implies the customer's unreserved acceptance and full adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale, which prevail over any other document.

3 Prices

The prices of excursions shown on the website www.djerba-guide.com are expressed in euros and include all taxes. Services will be invoiced based on the rates in effect on the day the final order is recorded.

4 Payment terms

The booking of the service is final as soon as the customer validates it on the website www.djerba-guide.com

The guide will not be required to provide the services ordered by the customer if the required conditions are not met.

5 Cancellation terms and fees

Cancellation of the service after confirmation of the booking is subject to the following provisions.

5.1 Cancellation attributable to the guide

The guide undertakes to be present on the date and at the meeting time specified during the booking.

In the event of force majeure or exceptional events preventing the guide from providing the service (weather conditions, instructor absence), the full amount of the service will be refunded to the customer.

5.2 Cancellation attributable to the customer

Any order cancelled by the customer before the day of delivery (including weekends and public holidays) will result in a refund, with penalties charged according to the conditions set with the guide.

The customer must ensure they are ready at the meeting time before the excursion departs.

If the customer cancels after the scheduled meeting time or fails to show up at the meeting place no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting time, the customer will not be entitled to any exchange or refund, and the full excursion price amount will be due.

6 Liability and warranty

The services marketed and appearing on the website www.djerba-guide.com comply with current French regulations.

The texts and photographs illustrating the presentation of excursions on the website www.djerba-guide.com are not contractual and therefore cannot incur any liability on the part of the guide in any capacity or manner whatsoever.

People photographed during excursions tacitly accept the publication of these photos on the website www.djerba-guide.com, as well as on Djerba Guide's social networks.
