What happens after registration?

After registering on Djerba Guide, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then access your Provider Space to upload your official documents (business license, RNE, etc.).
Once your file is approved, you will become an official provider, and our team will publish your profile and your activities on the platform.

Are there any obligations for providers?

You have no obligations. You can deactivate your activity or your account at any time. You have full control over your availability and pricing, which you can modify as you wish.

How much does it cost?

Adding activities to our platform is free. You only pay a commission on completed bookings.

When and how are my payments processed?

You can receive your payments every 7, 15, or 30 days, by bank transfer or in cash. Payments concern completed bookings, after deducting the commission. Provide your company information and bank details to ensure prompt payment.
